Description: 
Table, double lines form the structure. The horizontal lines are in black ink, the vertical lines in red ink. In the right bottom row of the table in the recto the words "wal-hamdu lillahi wahdahu" (praise be to God alone) are written. The other squares of the table contain underlined and separated Arabic, Hebrew and Coptic (?) letters. The squares in the verso contain separated letters as well, the first one being a Coptic (?) letter, the second and the third are Arabic letters, all of the third letters being final lam.
