Siege of Troy. Book two: The goddesses Juno, Venus and Minerva argue about who is fairest and should have the golden apple. Paris is asked to decide who is the most beautiful goddess. If Paris picked Juno his wealth would be assured, if he picked Minerva he would be the wisest man who lived and if he picked Venus she would secure him the most beautiful woman in the world. There is an illuminated initial 'B' in the text. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
