The story of how King Arthur sends a letter back to Rome declaring that he will defend his lands against them and then gathers allies against Rome. Arthur then fights a giant in Spain. Rubrication in red ink and pen-flourished initials introduce the stories. The written space is 175 x 135 mm in several secretary hands throughout the manuscript.
