Starting line 21 in the right margin: 'jn a doc lef jn þ(e) emb(er)is .' is written vertically. The text from 'ffor' on line 19 to 'leuyȝ' on line 21 is cancelled with an ink line. The recipe on line 21 has a duplicate in Dawson (f 7r). The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
