Bound notebook containing service records of approximately 330 Wesleyan chaplains attached to army units, Royal Navy ships and training establishments during World War 1, covering service on the Western Front and in the Italian, African, Russian, Eastern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern theatres. The record includes details of previous and later peacetime ministry, commissioning and promotions, decorations, wounds, dates and location of frontline service and additional comments.
